This time of year the bass in the icy waters of NH are probably going to be totally immobile. You'll be lucky if you can even find them and if you do I doubt they'll hit much. Good luck though.
spinnerbaits fished slowly, small jigs under a bobber, and lipless crankbaits pulled alongside structure.
