In your situation, I would try am umbrella rig with gold spinners and 3inch Uncle Josh Meat Minnow tails rigged on jig heads. The pork rind 3" minnow tails in white with a yellow back would show up nice in the muddy water. You could even alternate between black back minnows and yellow back minnows on the same rig.
