I get all my stuff from cabelas and bass pro. They both carry lots of stuff for molding and painting. They hae dips too which work real good.
I'm with jestr 1, just go to Bass Pro Shop, they have everything.
There is a place in Kansas City called Rogers Sporting goods... great place for that stuff... also, Bass Pro and Cabelas carries all of that.
http://www.tjstackle.com/ They have powder paint and jigs and video explaining how to paint your jigs. It looks like a pretty simple and easy process.
I borrowed nail polish from my family and it worked good. I bought it once but it felt wrong.
Bass pro or Cabelas.
