We are using jigs and mr twisters and minnows under slip bobbers, or streamers and nymphs if flyfishing.

In northern WI I use a orange jig with white twisters for crappies and for bass I use a floating raplala(tiger shark)

Live bait under a bobber or a jig later on some topwaters.

I am going out this upcoming weekend. Will be using singking/suspending jerbaits, slow rolling spinnerbaits, jig and pigs, and texas rigged soft plastics. Also will throw some inline spinners for pike.

I haven't caught any yet but I will keep trying. Suspending jerkbaits, texas rigged worms, jigs, and any other slow moving bait

My brother got out on the Missouri in SD last week end, dodging ice chunks below the Yankton dam spillway. He caught 7 nice walleyes on small minnows on a small hook beneath split shot. He also accidetally hooked several nice spoonbill catfish as they were thick in the raceway.
