Give it a shot!
I'd give it a lookin at.
There are a lot of small local fishing shows that do well. The only hard part is getting sponsorship. The economy is down rigt now so you need to start working on a way to finance the project. Remember air time is expensive. A good way to start is to do 1 minute comercials for companys where you are in a boat catching fish as a background. Good luck and let us know what happens.
go for it, im tired of these competitive hunting/fishing shows
me and my buddies are thinkin about it to. we are thinkin about startin on youtube and tryin to work up to tv. let me no how it works out.
apowers, has the right idea! start by posting on utube and places like that, and it could take off from there. I would like to make a suggestion in your adventure. If it were myself doing it, I would do a show for the weekend warriors, and bank fish farm ponds, small ponds, ect... maybe use yaks and/or jonboats. There to the best of my knowledge no shows like this and therefore you are targeting a larger and untouched base. Keep it simple and target the untouched majority of fishermen/women.
im startin a how next spring(i think, if my friends will help) but all i fish are farm ponds and bank fish. i have a jon boat but hardly ever use it.
show no how
well thanks guy we wre gonna give it a shot were starting a fund to with christmas money
