There should be one in your June 2009 Field and Stream.
Anise oil works.
Garlic powder
Take a few soft plastics and put them in a baggie. You can add a dash of olive oil and anise, garlic, try different stuff.
Drain a can of anchovies, sardines, etc, into the baggie and mix around, let sit overnight, go fishin'
