I have been looking at the Bass Pro Shops MegaCast Spinning combo in Rear Drag, in you opinion, is this a good combo or not?
I have also been looking at the Shimano Spirex Reel in rear drag with the new Berkley AMP 7 foot medium action, would this be good as well?

I have the Berkely AMP 7 foot medium, its a great rod for the price, I would say to get it.
what about the reel?
Nothing wrong with the shimano spirex just make sure how bad you need that rear drag.
You just can't beat a Shiamno.
