Any time is the best time to go FISHING best is early morning or late in the day....good luck
When their biting. Haha sorry couldn't resist. During Spawn you will most likely catch your biggest bass of the year. Bass spawn when the water temp is mid 60s.
i have the best luck consistently around 5:00
Bass can be caught 24hrs a day, 365 days a year and are distributed pretty much all over the continental United States. I personally have caught the majority of my bass that were ten pounds or over at night in cold weather using a Texas rigged black worm.

The day you have to be at work and can’t call in sick.
For me it depends on weather but my favorite time to fish for bass is when the sun rises. It seems like I always catch them eating breakfast and if they ain't biting, I have all day to catch them. At night without any moon light using a Jitterbug is probably my second favorite. Good luck
