Bioguy I just wanted to let you know how my fishing trip on the ausable was. Well the river was to high, to dangerous, and unfishable after all this rain. I was able to catch a 4 inch brook trout on a tiny brook though. We then planned on taking a guided fishing trip on lake placid for lakers/rainbows but that had to be cancelled to. But your advice was still much apericated.

I talked with my Dad this weekend and he said the water was really high and almost at flooding stage. Sorry to hear everything got rained out. I hope you get a chance to try again sometime in the future.
