Different conditions call for different lures. My top three would be: Zara Spook, Devil's Horse and Dalton Special. Nice fish, by the way. Way to go.

Super Spook JR's, She Dogs, Skitterwalk, Zooms Speed Craw, plastic frogs, black jointed Arbogast Jitterbugs and buzbaits. My fav time to use these are as soon as I get to my fishing spots, sunrise and sunset and anytime when night fishing. Walking the dog with a Super Spook or Spook jr, buzzbaits and Jitterbugs are my favorite night time lures.

A float a small rubber worm over weed beds and lillie pads. Bass kill them.

If I'm fly fishing it's a deer hair frog or a popper.
