why do you think bass bite on spiner baits and skirted jigs? i dont think they even look natural.

Something called "atavistic response." The same reason a cat chases a piece of yarn drug across the floor. Almost reflexive.

It's called a reaction strike, the jig itself is supposed to somehow represent the fish and the flash represents the way a dying baitfish or a group of them swimming looks. The spinner also adds noise.

Everyone so far has hit the question on the nose. Vibrations, flash, quick movements all cause trigger strikes with fish.

it is becaus of its sound or/and atrractive color bass dont have good i sight so they use sonar and notice spenners and jigs ar bright colered

Everybody has answered this question well so far, a lot of it has to do with the bass' instincts, they don't exactly have the largest brains, so they don't have much of a thought process, just a natural reaction. Color, sound, and appearance are all what cause the bass to hit.
