What flies do you use to catch carp?

Any nymphs that work for trout will work for carp plus crayfish patterns and even a CDC that looks like cottonwood fluff. Scuds have worked well for me along with hare's ears and prince nymphs even little wooly buggers.
They are awesome on a fly rod!

A friend in Tennessee is catching them on locust imitations during this hatch of 13 year cicadas---says he's tearing them up.

Carp luv crayfish..woolly buggers in crayfish colors are as good as it gets.
