Right now? My Buldog, on a fly, jig hook. A woolly bugger version, and the key is the jig hook that allows a fly angler to get a jig action like the lure guys can get on their jig hooks.

I like messing around with caddis patterns, especially pupa and adult stages. There are so many variations that it can keep you pretty busy. Right now, I'm experimenting with different dubbing materials and techniques.

Heath Special, a mix between a bivisible and a wooly worm. #12 1x nymph hook, blue dun dubbing, ginger wet fly hackle.. tied like a tailess bivisible, kills fish the heath pump station resevoir...Swim it like a minnow fly underwater, or crack it dry and let it float on top, the both work, anytime.
