Pretty sure just MD right now, although VT and Alaska both have those bans coming into place within a year, I think. Not sure on the dates, or if others are following suit.
Alaska is supposedly going to it next year...bet states rescind the ruling once they find out it has effected their revenue, but sure not surprised that Maryland rejected the use.
Colorado is talking about it. I think once a few other states do they will follow suite. I heard the rubber soled ones are just as good, but I dought it.

Definitely Maryland.
Any particular reason why states would ban felt waders?
Supposedly they carry some invasive algae species, specifically didymo or rock snot
OOOOHHHH! Ok...now it makes sense.
