Q:
im going to TN for thanksgiving and im not sure if i should take my gear. will the fishing be any good this late?

It depends on where you'll be in Tennessee. If you will be near the Caney Fork river in Middle Tennessee, I would definitely bring my rod! I fish the candy a couple times a week and I'm still getting at least 20 fish a day out there. Good flies to bring would be olive crystal buggers, zebra midges, scuds, blue winged olives, and sow bugs. The BWO hatch is almost done here but you can still get some action on them if yo want to try some dries. I have the most success with the crystal bugger, and get most of my fish from 6-9 am and 3-5 pm!
