Unless it's a DHALO (delayed harvest artificial lures only)area you can't go fishing yet, till the season opens in April.
its the ffo zone catch and release.
go to the twin tiers anglers site. a lot of guys on there are from that area i think. tell 'em i sent you.
Oh, Fly Fishing only.... what part of Pa is this in?
I'm gonna be there opening day of trout season this April.
Its in bedford county. and ill probably end up there on the opening day as well
