How to cook sunfish/panfish?
I have a cabin on a lakewhere theres pretty much just panfish, but there are some real big ones how do you cook them and are they good?

Fillet them out and batter with frying magic. Make some corn fritters and you’re in business. You can grill panfish but they are so much better deep fried
