Jigs with either live bait or plastic trailers. You might have to try marabou or hair jigs if they are really sluggish. Count on slow presentations and don't leave out trying smaller jigs under a slip bobber. That keeps it right in their faces until they can't stop themselves.
Hope you can nail a few.

Use a Spoon with a weight about a foot in front, vary the retrieve and weight to find where there they are biting. I am pretty sure pike, walleye and perch are all at different depths. By varying speed and depth, you might get at least 1 to strike. I would start with a red devil and then depending upon how much light that makes it to your target depth go to flash or color. Goo luck and how about letting me know how you did.

Splash a red daredevle on the surface, Pike will rise to hit it once they are riled up by the commotion.

A floating jighead with a worm on it will keep your bait inches off the bottom for walleye to strike.
