I release more because I like fresh fish and do not stockpile very much.
Mostly catch and release in the rivers. I like to take a couple Salmon/Steelhead each year to put in the smoker, that's about it.
I release all the freshwater fish i get. But when i get to a bay or saltwater, i eat most of the legal fish i get.
Catch and release except for crappie
i keep all the trout i catch over 12 inches. good eating

i generally release but if a catch a monster theres no doubt i would keep and eat it
I usually catch and release on the lakes but i will take one home occasionally and eat it. I havn't caught a trout big enough to keep but when I do im gonna eat it.
small one and huge ones go back, average go in... my belly
