Jann's netcraft has all the parts. Double blade combos are better, they have less "Thump" on your retrieve, so you can stay out longer. Pre-made skirts are good for small (size 7 and smaller) baits. Buy wire from hobby stores, it comes pre-straightened, and is much easier to use.

Good guide for beginners.
