i dont know but im guessing the food they eat, were they live, or just natual colors.
Light penetration due to water clarity, the darker the water, the darker the carp. Sometimes you see dark ones in clear water, but they are probably just passing through.
The things they eat... I can only imagine
In the deep fryer too long?
