Q:
I am looking for a good knot to tie onto artificial lures. I have been using a clinch which works okay but I'm looking for a better knot. What do you suggest?

Well, if you are using braided line, go with the palomar knot. And with anyhitng else, use the improved clinch.

I vote for the Duncan Loop (AKA Uni-Knot) wherever appropriate and the Palomar in other situations.

I love the Palomar knot... easy to tie and strong as hell. Just google Palomar and you should be able to learn how to tie it.
