alewife
I rarely use live bait on them but until September cut bait is best. In the great lakes that means cut alewife. From September on, while they are spawning and cruising the spawning beds of other species, spawn sacks with salmon spawn is best.
The Flashtrap Spinners are proven fish catching lures and salmon slayers - so effective numerous local charter captains and fishing guides fish them extensively for several Alaska fish species.
