Muskies can be caught all season long, but timing and location is everything. June is great for muskie activity in shallow weeds. However, October & November area also great. At this time these fish are smashing everything that moves to put on fat and prepair for the cold winter months. So this part of the season tends to produce some big brutes.
Ya October is my favorite time of year for them. The weather is usually good and cool and theres no worrying about spawning or pre-spawn, the fish are out there just to eat.
