If you fish IN, could anybody offer a good shore or tributary spot I could fish without a boat? I'm also wondering more generally if this is a good time to fish? I've read conflicting reports that the salmon are starting to run and fishing is good or they are not biting at all. Can anyone clear that up for me? Thanks in advance.
