Ive been fishing this small brook and the brook trout smaller and smaller everytime I go. does anyone know a way I could hook them easily?

Just go to your local sports center and get some tiny hooks Mustad manufacturers now makes a size 32 hook. Its TINY
really you have to let them run with it for a while then set the hook really quick
Small Small hooks. and powerbait. That's how i do it. and the ones i hook are only 5in long sometimes. contrary to the above DONT SET THE HOOK even when you see them swallow it. Wait for them to fully eat it. If they are fighting well by all means bring them in they are already hooked but if not. Wait. Then reel.
Mustads are great hooks too. follow Hunt_Hard's advice.
