I think Stoneflies should be hatching out there soon. Not sure if you have them where you fish, but the giant stoneflies are supposed to be deadly for big trout.

Adams and Black Caddis for dry fly fishing.
Stimulator, Black Ant, Griffith's Gnat.
Parachute Adams and elk hair caddis. Can't go wrong with the old Royal Coachman.
i'd throw in some streamer patters like clousers and black ghosts, as well.
