Are all salted minnows created equal, bought some salted minnows from a tackle shop and they seemed more fresh than salted. Fish would pick them up and run. When those ran out used some that I bought at Bass Pro and those were stiff and coated with salt. Fish seemed to shy from them and didn't get near the same number of hits. Anyone else have similar experience.
