Q:
Any one adjusted the valves on their atv's. I adjusted the valves on my Honda Rancher last year and they seem to be loose once again. What a pain, removing gas tank cover, gas tank, tank shield for a ten min valve adjustment. Any mechanical advise on valve adjustment?

Well, Clay sure got that one right!

Try valve adjustment on a Honda 750 Shadow. Same, but messier.

One thing I would say... if it's shim valves, make sure you use the absolute best/hardest you can. Some shim packs seem like tin foil, and crush out of adjustment real fast.
