my old zebco rod and reel since I had when I was young, it still works and still out cast many of the new stuff out there, no tangles, no malfunctions, and with a slip bobber I can out fish any panfisher person!
Cgull, I've got mine. It is a 700 series SuperCaster. Country Road, I,ve finally just got a vintage 5000 red that is still new in the box from circa 68. Machinegunner, my wife still uses her first 202. So I would like to have a new hand made split bamboo rod for my 700X SuperCaster to replace the vintage Fenwick fiberglass and phenolic resin rod that it is on.
