Be sure to get one without any punctuation, caps or g's and it should be really cheap. As a matter of fact, most folks throw away stuff without any of these.

walmart has good rods. hfedder, you are an pubescent 6th grader who doesn't listen to any of us and you waste your time on this site by making incorrectly spelled sentences and make my generation's look like a bunch of ungrateful slobs.

You will find that Walmart has some good buys on some things. You said "cheap" in your post. I have fished more tournaments than you will probably ever see in your lifetime, and I still get some of my gear at Walmart. I find that to be too cocky can result in your eating crow. If you would also try to get along with the patrons of this site and use some better punctuation and find where the shift is on the keyboard in order to capitalize, they will be much more receptive to you. I am not perfect and do not use proper english, but I do make an effort to try.

I have to agree with J4huntfish you make our generation look like a bunch of idiots! The guys on here are gonna know more on here than anyone else and theyre trying to help you out. You said you wanted a cheap rod so they arent going to tell you to go to Bass Pro and buy some $200 rod. I buy lures all the time from Wal-Mart. If you want though you should wait and buy a better quality rod.
