Is there any way to buy an extra spinning spool? What website?

In the Owner's Manual that comes with the reel there is usually a parts list and a phone number or adress where you can order spare parts like a spool.

IT MATTERS ON THE MAKE AND MODEL MANY MODELS COME WITH A SPARE.BUT IF YOU TALK TO YOU LOCAL OUTFITTER STORE(GANDER MOUNTAIN, BASS PRO SHOPS). THEY CAN USAULLY ORDER SOMETHING OR GET YOU IN TOUCH WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE. ALOT OF THE TACKLE COMPANYS HAVE WEB SITES ALSO.

I usually check with the manufacturer first. Not that hard on the Net. Also have gotten spools off eBay, but you have to be careful. Many manufacturers make small changes on their models while keeping the same, or nearly same model name. Sellers often don't give enough information to determine what version the spool they're selling is for. Even more frustrating is running into sellers who, themselves, don't know the difference.
