Bass Pro has a better fishing selection in my opinion. Cabelas has better hunting stuff.

Cabelas has always been better than Bass Pro, products and customer service has been the best by far. Bass Pro is good if your a die hard bass fisherman looking for plastics and lures, the other stuff is the same as Cabelas, but costs more. Also Cabelas where I am doesn't charge to park in their parking lot on game day, Bass Pro and Gillette Place in Foxborough MA charge to park on Sundays, even if there isn't a game going on. Just that steered me away from Bass Pro.

I use both but I also use ebay a lot, plus I don't live that far from a cabelas so it usually easier to find what I want in the store.

They are both good, it just depends on what you are looking for. I used to shot almost exclusivly at Cabelas, but they build a Bass pro about an hour away, so I end up spending most of my money there.

I shop at Cabelas the most because I feel like they have a better selection and I have their rewards card, but I live within an hour from both so I do shop at Bass Pro once in a while.

Cabela's, good products, good prices, good selection. Plus, since I have a Bass Pro or three in my state I have to pay sales tax on web orders!

I'm a touchy feely kind of guy. I just can't buy things from a catalog. My wife and I make an adventure going to Cabela's. We spend the whole day and have a good lunch at the restaurant.

Cabelas is like an amusement park. For my birthday i take a trip to their stores. I find that people on the cabelas website give much lower reviews than the same product on basspros, so if reviews matter go to cabelas.

I have used both and there good points for each. Cabela's has a better selection, better prices, amazing customer service (including an all-american calling center), and their website is more user-friendly. Bass pro's only plus is that if you have a question about something you purchased, there is a better chance a bass pro is somewhere in your area than a cabelas. personally i would go cabelas all the way! if you dont like it after you use it, you can send it back!

Both, but Cabelas is my preference since their house brand stuff doesn't always seem like cheap Chinese crap.
