I have a Leupold RXII. I see it is now under $300(I believe they call it the RX600 now). I could not be any more happy with it. I think spending anymore money would be wasted. It has all the features including TBR and the Inclinometer.
I have the bushnell arc 1000 and have been very impressed with it. It says it will range deer sized objects to 300 yards but I ranged my buck at 430 yards this season. If you learn the functions and utilize them, it's an amazing piece of equipment. Cabela's just put their sweet combo on sale again, you can get that rangefinder, a set of 10x40 Bushnell H2O binocs, and a folding knife for $289. They sell the rangefinder alone for $319. I bought that package deal and couldn't be happier. The only thing the binocs don't do well is low light. They're pretty bad for that but otherwise they're compact and clear enough to be a staple set in my pickup.
