Mine would probably be my pack. It's a small backpack but it was the first one I got when I was 8 and it still makes an excellent daypack for hunting. I have it 20 years now. Plus it's the only one that been on my back so I like how familar it feels.
Oldest piece of gear is my gun. All older than 1972. No, wait, my hunting knife is circa 1937 Kabar with stacked leather handle. I have no new technocrap. Someone stole my GPS a few months ago and I still haven't replaced it. No technocrap other than that, and it's gone.
My grandfathers Model 12 that he bought used in the 1920's. Its an oldie, but a goodie. I've got a few Herter's decoys that are as old as I am too, and my first vehicle was a 66 chevy pu that I got used in 1970.
Last week it was my Finish Model 91 (Mosin Nagant) with 1928 stamped on the receiver. The week before it was my 1954 M1 Garand. Both with factory sights, no scope.
Old equipment other than firearms: my canoe is about 30 years young.
The oldest piece of gear that I use regularly is a blaze hat that I bought when blaze was relatively new to hunting in general in 1969. I have worn it every year since and it still reminds me each and every time I put it on of hunts with my father and older brothers. I have other, newer ones with Gore-tex and better insulation, but they don't feel quite "right".
The oldest thing I take with me would be my aging a$$. During spring gobbler season, I regularly use a cedar scratch box my dad made some fifty years ago, and I occasionally call in a gobbler with it.
Just like scratch, I wear a lot of my dads old hunting clothes. My favorite is a bone dry red head jacket from when he was in high school. As for the time I've been hunting, my browning cap that my dad bought for me and have been wearing it for 10 years. As for new, My range finder I guess, I dont carry much techno stuff. But I dont find anymore enjoyment out of one thing than another. Each thing I take is valuable to my hunt
It was my grandfathers hunting knife, untill I lost it last season...Since then I have bought the exact same knife as I was able to locate it on the internet, but its just not the same (guess it'll take a few generations).
It would be my PUMA PAL belt knife, I got it on my 16th Birthday (1957)and one lucky round of 32Win/Spl
in my jackit from my first Rifle a Win Mod 94/32Win Spl.
Mine is my M98 custom Mauser (see profile). I don't know how old it is but since it has a Swastika, I presume it is from around 1940 or so. I've hunted with that for more than 45 years so it is kind of like my left arm. I carved its stock over a three month period during the winter of 1968. It is highly accurate and has many good memories associated with it. Just can't buy one like that off the shelf.
The other old thing is an Old Timer folding knife I always carry for skinning. It was my brother's but I borrowed it and broke the tip off the blade many years ago dressing an antelope. I kept his knife and gave him mine. I was able to hone a new tip and that knife still holds a razor edge better than any new knife I have been able to find. It also has lots of great memories by now.
I have a Remington 870 made in the first year of production that I shoot on a regular basis. I also wear a cotton duck upland vest that was bought from JC Penney when they sold that sort of thing
A World War One compass in a nickel-plated brass case. It has a snap-front cover with "U.S." stamped on its face. I bought it at a gun show many years ago, and I haven't seen another one like it in a long while.
I still use a Redfield 2-3/4X (two and three-quarter power) scope I purchased in 1967, still use a 4-inch belt knife made by Bart & Harvey Draper, Ephraim UT, in 1969, and my most seasoned varmint rifle is a Rem 700BDL-V in .22-250, purchased in January 1975. Some things just get better with time; I just get older, but it's a pattern I don't want to break.
My Grandpa's pre-64 Mod. 70, .270. The only thing I've changed on it is the scope. It's stock is beat to hell, and the blueing is all worn off around the end of the barrel, and I absolutely love it! The cheaper the ammo, the better the groups and it is my "go to" gun for deer.
My grandfather recently gave me his hunting knife. he has carried it all his life i believe and i think it was even his fathers. It's the best knife Ive ever owned and i will never hunt without it
I've got a down vest I wear under all my gear in the winter. Has to be at least 15 years old and keeps my core warm and comfortable w/ little noise. I find the best "new" technology is in accessories, optics, and archery equipment. Some accessories I recommend are a comfortable pair of thing gloves that can keep your hands dry, A great set of binoculars (and if you can afford it, some night vision optics), and a bow made in the last 3 or so years. Outside of that, just be safe and hunt.

A flint knife handmade by my greatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreatgreat grandfather,on my mothers side.
For sixty five years all over the world I have carried either a red bandana of my Fathers or a silk scarf of my Mothers. Both essential for me.
My favorite pair of boots is a 13 year old pair of Danners. Most of the old equipment I own stays at home.
On occasion I will fish a Goodwin Granger bamboo fly rod made in Denver Co. in 1937.
Oldest I carry is one of my knives. It belonged to my grandad who gave it to me. Been around since the 40's, and its still going strong.
I am ashamed and proud to say that about everything I take afield is so old, I can't remember ever hunting without it,,,,

Happy,
some things you just don't break tradition with, good to hear you carry a Crimson Bandana, speaks well of your father.

Since I'm a first-generation hunter that is still fairly new to it, it would have to be my old knife.
My KaBar from 1975.
My grampas wool mackinaw from the 30's. Its drying next to the woodstove as I type, considering I took a swim cheching traps this evening. Not fun.
