The Redfield Revolution 3x9x50 & 4x12x40. Also the Vextor Diamondback. Both have great warranty and customer service. Both have exceptional clearity, though I give the edge to the Vextor Diamondback. Both companies are "AMERICAN OWNED" and both are located in the USA.

The Vextor would be my first pick over the Redfield.

The Redfield with accurange will give you aiming points out to about 500 yard in 100 yard increments (depending on your rifle's trajectory) and is often considered the top scope in that range. You can also get a used Leupold VX II off of ebay with the Leupold long range reticle. I have not used he Vector Diamondback Deerhunterrick mentioned but will certainly look into it. I think scope technology is improving to the point where you can get a pretty good scope in that range.

Go with a Redfield or a Leupold VX1. Both offer a bullet drop and are in your price range.
