I'm thinking about picking it up... I put my hands on it along with some Glocks and S&Ws, but it seemed to feel the best, plus I liked the safeties and the 2 different capacity mags.

I have a SR9c and love it. The only complaint I would have is trigger is gritty, but I found a website for galloway products who make aftermarket parts and also ghost triggers that alot of people say take the grit away. I have put several thousand rounds through it so far with a few light strikes but we're talking maybe a handful out of 2000+ rounds. The next best or actually better is the Springfield XDm, I shoot with a guy at work and he shoots his XDm 9mm 3.8 barrel and produces groups(50shots) the size of a quarter! I've shot it several times and really like it, even more than the SR9c. He also has the XDm 5.25 even better shooter once you get use too the different sights.

My old roommate bought one when we got our CCW permits. He likes his, but I've only ran a mag or two through it. For what its worth it didn't jam or anything when I shot it or when I watched him shoot it.

Dcast: Thanks. The XDm is about $200 more, and I have good price on the SR9c.

I ordered the Ruger through galleryofguns.com (I was curious) for under $400. All black, 10 round & 17 round mags. We'll see how this online process goes...

Just to close this out...

Picked up the Ruger SR9c a couple of days ago and had it at the range this morning. I put 200 rounds of 115gr Rem UMC through flawlessly. It's nice to have the 17 round and 10 round mags. My wife didn't shoot with me, but she dry fired it at home and it seems to fit her well.

I really like it, and how it fits, both of us.
