If price is a problem Lee Loadalls, are a viable option, but MEC's are very good and not too expensive.

i have a lee loader for 20 gauge , that is a simple set of hand tools for reloading shot gun shells with out a press . go to lee's web sight to see if they still make them . the last i knew they still sold their little hand press for metallic cartridges , so they may still make this as well .

I don't advise it. Buy a press and a good manual.
