Marlin has several models in both 22 and 22 mag.
CZ model 452, Ruger Mark II and Mossberg all make left handed models, not sure if any have tubular mags though.
Ruger does not make a left handed rimfire. The Mark II is a centerfire rifle and is right hand only. Mossberg does not appear to list a lefty rifle either.
Savage makes a very good lefty .22 LR in its Mark II GL which comes complete with the Savage adjustable Accutrigger.
CZ USA in their CZ 452 American makes an excellent .22 LR.
To my knowledge these are the only left handed over the counter .22 LR's on the market. They are clip fed not fed by a tubular magazine. I own both of them and have found then to deliver very well for the price paid.
I love my savage mark II and they make it lefty. I would go with a .22 LR instead of the magnum much cheaper to shoot
Left handed would have to be Savage or CZ.
