I'd have to say a Ruger 10-22 will fit your bill.

easy. Marlin Model 60. price range is about 100-120 dollars. very nice gun. shoots great, and is durable. it's a 15 round, tube fed, semi auto .22 LR. it's a great gun. i love mine.

The Marlin 60 or Ruger 10/22 is about the standard answer around here or anywhere else everything considered. I have had very good luck with both going back to the sixties.

Savage makes inexpensive and very accurate firearms... they make great low income altenatives to more popular manufactures if you can stand the uglyness. but i love my ruger 10/22

Actually, I have a Romanian training rifle bolt-action .22. I'm not sure what model, i think model 60. I bought it for under 100 bucks and they can handle a beating and have excellent iron sights. It is an old gun (made in the 70s) but it shoots just as well as a nwe fancy gun that costs over 2x as much.

Ruger 10-22 is hard to beat and usually is one of the cheapest at the local Wally.

Marlin is good. remingtons are the best. My dad owns one and it has lasted a long time. Don't know how much they cost though.

Thanks, I'll probably go with the Marlin Model 60, or a Savage, since that's who made my 30-06.
