I have a Sako A7 in 300WSM that fits the bill other than a camo stock. The cost is right at $1000.00. Mine is stainless with a black synthetic stock.

I love my winchester model 70 in .300 win mag. I have a synthetic stock on it as well as the rest of your qualifications but I would imagine that it would be fairly inexpensive to change out a stock anyway
