Q:
My Burris Signature scope just arrived UPS. I sent it to the factory about 2-weeks ago because an internal lens had somehow chipped. The lens was replaced and the scope recoil tested. It looks better than when it was sent. My thanks and compliments to Burris. Any one else have any good customer service experiences.

Moultrie products and Bushnell are two quick ones that come to mind. I have sent products for repair and they replaced them no charge. It was done in a timely manner as well!

I have a couple Burris scopes that I have never had a problem with but I did wonder how their customer service would be.

Earlier this year, the firing pin broke on my stainless Ruger Mark II .22 Government Target autoloader and I reported it to Ruger in Prescott, AZ. I received a new firing pin, no charge, within 10 working days. I've had three Ruger autoloaders, all very accurate handguns, that have digested thousands of rounds of 22LR each, and that was the first pin I'd broken.
When Redfield was based in Denver, CO, the crosshairs of a 12X scope simply broke or separated. The scope was mounted on a Rem 700BDL in .30-'06 that I was using for load testing and pest control. Redfield promptly repaired it and sent it back to me.

I had just the opposite experience with a similar Burris scope. I sent it back to change the reticle and didn't see it for another 6 months.
