Q:
I have a black powder percussion rifle, but I live in AZ. Since today it hit over 100 degrees I wanted to know if there was a temperature where it will be too hot to safely fire. Any ideas?

Uhhhhh......no!

My first cap lock I shot throughout the summer I bought it. It wasn't AZ heat, but hot nonetheless!
Prudence and caution tell us to keep sparks away from true black powder. Other than that, have fun!
