Try different brand of shells and figure out which ones work the best. Also be sure the scope is okay, if you have a loose scope or it the the lines are bad, ect.. it will be unforgiving. Hope this helps.
If you know someone that reloads that caliber you could try to get with them and play around with the loads. Custom loads can make a world of difference. And to repeat Kyle do make sure you check out the scope mounts. Also if the scope has been "rode hard and put away wet" you may want to check the accuracy of it my last rifle had a scope on it that was just junk, sorry that wont be cheap but it could help.
