It is a repro of the old Beretta 302 and is capable of firing either 2.75 or 3 inch shells with a change of the gas rings. It is made in Turkey for Weatherby. I've never shot one but have heard decent things about them at the range.
I have one and have shot several rounds of clay birds with mine. I have yet to hunt with it, but with the Carlson extra full choke tube and Remington #6 Hevi -shot it nearly obliterates an 8" X 11" sheet of paper. It seemed fine and pointed well while shooting clay birds.
I have shot 150 rounds through mine and it hasn't jammed yet. They were low brass and I shot about 10 3 inch turkey loads pattering the gun and they didn't jam either.

If it has Weatherby on it, it's a good 'un.
I heard that these guns jam. is this true?

Any autoloader will jam, i.e. fail to properly cycle, if it is dirty, unlike most pumps.
I'll bet that the individual that said they experienced "jams" didn't have the correct gas piston in it.
