I like to use rifled slugs. It depends on weather or not you have a rifled barrel. The rifled choke will help but not much without a rifled barrel. I would say go with sabot if you have a rifled barrel, and rifled slugs with a smoothbore. Try a few different ones til you find one you like. I prefer the plain old remingtons.

I would try one of those remington sabot slugs. A lot of people swear by those.
Shoot rifled slugs out of a smoothbore and saboted slugs out of a rifled bore. With a rifled choke, also use saboted slugs. Good luck.
