Q:
How can i make my 1100 hd gun cycle. my 1100 barrel won't cycle anything. I have 3 complete 1100s one barrel will not cycle no mater which receiver it is on. I have a 30" a 28" and a 21". You guessed it the 21 is the problem. 3 3/4 dram oz & 1/8 lead will not cycle. Keep in mind all 3 receivers will cycle low brass shells with the 28" barrel. This 21" barrel will not cycle 1550 ft per sec slugs.Gas ports have been drilled out to .089. any Ideas. Bob

Do they stick in the chamber? Some Remington barrels need to have their chambers polished.

When you say cycle I am asuming you mean eject, correct? As noted above, some chambers are so tight they freeze. Or there is some pitting at the end of the chamber where the plastic casing erupts ever so slightly into the throat and the shell just sticks. This would be right about 2 3/4" or so where the shell would expand the crimp.Check the inside of chamber and there may be your answer. Polishing will releave some, pitting would have to be filled. JB Weld does work as long as it is not too large an area. Have fixed barrels that were tapped for sites a little to close to chamber in this manner.
