It might from what I've look at but you'll most likely just have to buy it and try it.
The recoil spring of the Mod. 11 extends into the stock. The 870 stock has no provision for this spring housing.
In a catalog i was looking at, some stocks will say for 870 only and other will say 11-87 only. So i would guess not.
