No, there is a link out to locate a dealer, most of the manufacturer sites have links like this now.

they just list msrp's on their site -- like sportsman21 said they just don't want to deal with the liability issues

Dealers only. You have to get an FBI check, and only a licensed gun dealer can provide you the documentation before you get the firearm. I have ordered guns from wholesale dealers getting free shipping and no tax BUT....the gun has to arrive at a licensed dealer where you pick it up, and fill out the proper paperwork....and they charge you for doing that.....as much as $100. I had a private party who was a gun dealer do it, and he charged me only $20. I had to drive 25 miles to a small neighboring town to pick up the gun.
