It does not appear to be so... There is a link where you can locate local retailers for their products.
No, there is a link out to locate a dealer, most of the manufacturer sites have links like this now.
I doubt it, only dealers have that option.
they dont because of the liabilty of shipping them and it could get in the wrong hands

they just list msrp's on their site -- like sportsman21 said they just don't want to deal with the liability issues
Dealers only. You have to get an FBI check, and only a licensed gun dealer can provide you the documentation before you get the firearm. I have ordered guns from wholesale dealers getting free shipping and no tax BUT....the gun has to arrive at a licensed dealer where you pick it up, and fill out the proper paperwork....and they charge you for doing that.....as much as $100. I had a private party who was a gun dealer do it, and he charged me only $20. I had to drive 25 miles to a small neighboring town to pick up the gun.
