Remington. In order of preference, Remington 1100 LH, Browning Auto 5, Browning SxS or O/U, Ithaca Pump, Stevens O/U, Winchester pump. Don't even have Mossberg on my list.
I use a mossberg 500 and 9200 because of their lighter weight. I also have an 870. The 870 is the higher quality shotgun but I expect both to outlive me
Benelli, but I have been thinking about picking up an 870 combo, or mossberg combo. Its $500 for a rifled barrel for my Benelli, or $500 for a Mossberg with 3 barrels
Mossberg 500 (12 gauge); Remington 870 (20 gauge - my wife's gun) - I like them both and, if I had to pick out another one tomorrow, I would have a hard time choosing between the two.
I would buy almost any shotgun other than a Mossberg or one made in China. I have seen more problems in the field with them than all others combined. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but if you use them as much as my hunting group does, you will soon find out what the issues are. They are not called "Mossturds" for no reason. Check out T's post above this one....
I am former Army and if Mossberg is good enough for our Armed Forces, then it's good enough for me. I own a Mossberg 500 pump and 100ATR 30-06 and I absolutely love them.
In order of preference, 2 Benellis, Remington model 1100, Mossberg 9200. The Mossberg has been junk from the day I bought it. I have shot less than 20 shells through it and the trigger spring has come off and the handle on the bolt fell out this weekend.

I have a Mossberg 500 because I got a good deal on it used. If I were buying a new one today I'd probably go looking for an 870.

I use a mossberg model 88 'maverick'. it was my grandpas and when he died a few years ago i got a few of his guns.
Mossberg is all I use. One of the reasons is I prefer their thumb safety.

Remington 870. I have 2--bought one old & the other new--I wouldn't part with either one.
I would have to say that I love my Mossberg Auto. It has all the features I look for, but The thing I like the best is the Magazine Cut off.
I own them both and have put meat on the table with both, So I am in the middle on this one. They both have there good and bad.

Was not aware Mossberg had that feature. It is one thing I miss on my 1100, one thing I value highly on the Browning Auto 5s.
I use Remington for most applications, but recently my heart has been turned on to my Zabala side by side.
I have a Remington model 870 express synthetic super magnum. You can hunt anything with it. Great gun it only failed me once.
go green
Remington 870!!!
I have both and the Remington is what I will pick up first.
not a Mossburg fan at all and their rifle arent much eithier thats my op

I have one of each may shotgun is a remmington 870 and my slug gun is a mossberg 500. I personally like the 870 much better.
